Assist the Managing Directors & Team Leads by playing a pivotal role in with the structuring and execution of customized credit strategies aligned with client needs and business objectivesProvide expert guidance on credit structuring, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance across diverse industriesAct as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, contributing to portfolio optimization and business planningManage and mentor a team of associates and credit analysts, fostering and recognizing high-performance, collaborative culture, supporting development, and managing poor performancePlay a key role in onboarding new team members—setting them up for success through knowledge sharing, integration, and hands-on guidanceCollaborate with Credit Partners and be viewed as a Credit Leader with the capability of carrying and exercising an elevated discretionary limitChampion a client-first approach...
