The incumbent acts as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs while delivering outstanding customer relationships. They identify business sectors with significant growth potential and structure opportunities to meet entrepreneurial financial or consulting needs. The incumbent develops and manages account and influencer relationships to grow BDC Corporate Financing assets and maintains an excellent risk/return ratio in line with BDC profitability objectives.
