Job Description
- Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with project objectives and client requirements.
- Contract Management: Oversee administration of major contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements; ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Risk & Claims Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks; lead claims preparation, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- Financial Oversight: Support cost forecasting, cash flow management, and commercial reporting in collaboration with finance and project controls teams.
