All-Risks Insurance Brokers Ltd., a division of SIB Corp. o/a StoneRidge Insurance Brokers is seeking a highly motivated Director, Branch Relations with strong sales and leadership experience in the insurance industry. This role is ideal for driven individuals who want to take ownership of a branch, build a team, and develop a long-term, sustainable business.

Position : Director, Branch Relations

Job Type : Permanent Full Time (35 Hours/Week)

Pay Range : Starting at $125,000

Travel Requirements : Up to 25%

What You Will Do:

Business Leadership & Growth:

• Build strong relationships with Managing Partners, branch managers, producers, service teams, and regional leaders across the branch network.
• Act as the bridge between branches and corporate/head office.
