Portfolio Leadership (Architecture & Engineering)

Own and continuously optimize the Architecture & Engineering portfolio, ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities and measurable business outcomes. Define and maintain a unified portfolio structure and roadmap spanning architecture domains and engineering enablement initiatives. Establish transparent prioritization, intake, and change control mechanisms that balance demand, capacity, and strategic value.
