Ensure exceptional service as the Dining Operations Supervisor at Sonora Resort. This role focuses on fine dining excellence and guest satisfaction through effective team leadership.
As a critical member of our dining management team, you will supervise daily operations and enforce high service standards in line with Relais & Châteaux. Utilizing your five years of fine dining experience and 1-2 years in a supervisory role, you will manage guest interactions, floor planning, and team dynamics effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and guide team adherence to service expectations
• Manage guest reservations and seating strategies
• Assist in food delivery and expedite as necessary
• Edit and keep current menu items for daily service
