Responsibilities:

1. Digitalization & Data Automation

- Convert existing Excel documents into standardized digital formats.

- Build automated workflows for approvals.

- Maintain version control and digital standards.

2. Excel/System Integration

- Rebuild linked Excel systems.

- Connect documents to centralized databases.

3. Dashboard Creation

- Develop real-time dashboards (Power BI).

- Connect dashboards to data sources.

4. Standardization of “All-in-One” Documents

- Redesign templates.

5. Collaboration & Support

- Work with Process Engineering teams.

- Provide training and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

- Industrial, Systems, Mechatronics, Data, or Computer Engineering student

Technical Skills

- Advanced Excel

- Power BI

- Power Automate
