Senior Consultant, Digital Workforce Transformation – UKG Pro

Qualifications

A related bachelor’s degree

Approximately 3+ years of Consulting experience

2-5 years of UKG Pro or Pro WFM project implementation experience

UKG Pro certifications are ideal

Experience with client solution gap analysis and recommendations

Experience supporting or leading business process design and enhancements

Hands‑on experience configuring complex client requirements in the solution

Experience leading client discussions for requirements gathering, user story/test scenario creation, solution configuration, testing support, and deployment

Understanding of the end‑to‑end implementation life cycle

Project management experience is beneficial

Ability to solve problems with limited information and advance to next steps

Flexibility and willingness to travel (estimated 30%)
