Purpose:
The Digital Support Assistant Lead Hand will provide service and support to patrons requesting to use equipment and software onsite at the Scott Library Media Creation Lab. The Lead hand will provide guidance to the Digital Support Assistants.

Education:
Some post secondary education (humanities, social sciences, or fine arts preferred).

- Ability to deal calmly and courteously with the public - Basic keyboarding skills - A high degree of accuracy to details - Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others - Ability to learn and use different hardware and software programs - Effective oral and written communication skills to provide accurate information
