Digital Strategy and Transformation Lead

This role is based in Christchurch NZ

The Opportunity

You’ll lead the digital transformation of some of NZ's best brands. This isn't just about digital media strategy - it's about being the architect of their digital future. You'll own the strategic direction, provide leadership, mentor talent, and directly influence client relationships. Your work will drive measurable business outcomes.

You'll:

• Own digital strategy and transformation roadmap items for key client accounts
• Support building the next generation of digital talent in New Zealand
• Be the trusted advisor when clients need strategic clarity in a complex media and digital landscape
• Drive innovation by identifying emerging opportunities and work closely with our SBUs to support delivery
• Help shape OMD's digital capabilities to support our as the market leader in data-driven transformation
