This role is accountable for end-to-end platform ownership, content strategy, and roadmap development, with a focus on enhancing advisor productivity, strengthening engagement, and advancing IDC WIN’s commitment to innovation. As a key internal expert, this leader will champion AI-driven efficiencies, digital tools, and technology partnerships that empower both advisors and internal teams to operate at peak performance.
