Digital Product Manager

MyWärtsilä (and Wärtsilä Online) customer platforms are Wärtsilä's digital interfaces with our customers.

We are now looking for a Digital Product Manager to lead our MyWärtsilä development and support teams, to ensure excellent customer experience in our growing digital channel.

The preferred location for this permanent position is Helsinki, Finland, but other Wärtsilä locations in Finland, UK and Italy can also be considered.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead MyWärtsilä platform strategy & roadmap

  • Define and deliver the roadmap for our MyWärtsilä digital platform in alignment with Wärtsilä’s growth goals

  • Introduce innovative product enhancements that grow the usage of MyWärtsilä and increase its value proposition towards customers

  • Partner with Business Development and Analytics function to prioritize initiatives that maximize revenue and customer impact
