Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital channels
- Execute sales-oriented campaigns that generate leads for the sales organization
- Identify new opportunities that strengthen our visibility and market position
- Set objectives and develop an effective activity plan aligned with global KPIs
- Ensure solid search engine optimization and continuous traffic growth
- Analyze, evaluate, and report on campaign and activity performance
- Manage and further develop DHL Express Norway’s social media channels
- Plan, produce, and publish content across all platforms
- Act as an internal advisor and sparring partner to ensure holistic digital communication and strong user experiences
- Support and conduct market and customer satisfaction surveys
