Role Purpose The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the digital strategy across the brand and property, ensuring a refined, cohesive, and high‑performing online presence.
Key Responsibilities - Digital Strategy & Brand Positioning
- Lead and oversee digital marketing initiatives including brand websites, paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM, email marketing, and social media.
- Ensure all digital touchpoints reflect the brand’s luxury positioning, visual identity, and storytelling.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, PR, Operations, Spa, Wellness, F&B, and Brand teams to ensure alignment and commercial impact.
