Responsibilities

• Work in a cross‑functional team to deliver quality solutions that solve the problems your stakeholders describe.
• Support your Delivery / Digital Manager to maintain a healthy pipeline of problems to solve for your stakeholders.
• Understand how the people who look after our customers work, and how we can help.
• Live a little in two worlds, understanding both the business requirements and the technical solutions.
