We’re hiring a Digital Ads & Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid acquisition while helping drive smarter decisions across email, creative, and overall online performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Own and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Tik Tok and Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube) campaigns
• Manage budgets, targeting, testing, and performance (ROAS, CAC, MER)
• Drive performance insights across paid media and Klaviyo to improve customer acquisition and retention
• Analyze email performance (campaigns and flows) and identify opportunities to improve segmentation and revenue
• Build a structured creative testing engine (weekly testing, clear winners, scaling)
• Collaborate with e-commerce, marketing, and communications to align campaigns across channels
