In this role, you will report to the Manager of Nutrition Services, working within a team to ensure effective nutrition care in acute and long-term residences. You’ll also be responsible for developing nutrition programs to engage the local community through education and counseling, targeting disease prevention and health improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform nutrition assessments and create care plans
• Oversee group nutrition education and weight management sessions
• Work with multidisciplinary teams for optimal health solutions
• Deliver nutrition education to staff and clients
• Use technology to facilitate virtual health engagement
