Developmental Evaluator

Reporting to the Manager, Evaluation and Employment Services, the Developmental Evaluator will lead a developmental evaluation of a newly funded employment program designed to connect participants in supportive housing programs to meaningful, sustainable, and living wage work. The role will involve facilitating discussions, collecting data through interviews and other methods, and synthesizing key learnings to support rapid program adaptation and improvement. The evaluator will collaborate with housing program staff, prospective employers, program participants, and CHF staff in feedback cycles, and will support the Manager with tracking metrics, outcomes, and reporting.
