The Development Director is an experienced leader who guides strategies and actions to meet Columbia Riverkeeper’s fundraising goals and raise the profile of the nonprofit across the region. They lead a high‑performing team that includes a development manager, senior grants manager, and database specialist, and coordinate with communications, finance, and program staff to advance the organization’s values and fundraising objectives.
The preferred location is the Hood River, Oregon office, with hybrid work available two days a week from Oregon or Washington. Applicants based in Portland will be considered, but priority will be given to those who can work out of the Hood River office.
Regular, full‑time (40 hours/week). Starting July 1, 2026, a pilot 36‑hour work week will be offered for full‑time staff.
