How you will contribute to the company’s success

• Propose, review and take ownership of technical designs up to the functionality.
• Contribute to the code review of the development team in a meaningful way with a visible impact.
• Contribute to the resolution of technical debt within the development team.
• Mentor developers on your development team.
• Implement User Stories and bug work autonomously.
• Understand the SDLC best practices and design patterns.
• Contribute to the Scrum ceremonies of your development team.
• Provide support to operational teams for product issues raised in escalation.
