Lead designer position
The knowledge, skills, abilities, and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following:
- Ability to work independently with mínimal engineering oversight
- Ability to create designs/drawings with mínimal engineering input.
- Ability to plan work independently.
- Knowledge of relatable engineering principals given their design expertise. Ability to lead design and drafting on small to mid-scale projects.
- Advanced CAD skills
- **Plant3D** software experience Ability to interpret engineering redlines and ask questions to get clarifications on the redlines when needed.
- Can work quickly through redline pick-ups without missing any comments or sacrificing quality
