Role: Deputy Store Manager

Location: Bunratty Castle and Folk Park Retail, Co. Clare.

Contract: Permanent, hours rostered Monday to Sunday.

About You:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Store Manager to join the Bunratty Castle and Folk Park Retail team in, Co. Clare. The Deputy Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager in driving high performance and developing a service orientated culture within the store.

About the role

The purpose of the role is to provide and delivery budgeted sales, team leadership, direction and coaching on all aspects of customers service, store operations enabling the team to achieve its KPI's and the overall departments performance goals.
