Process Discipline and PPAP sign offs.Carry out PPAP, Initiate and validate the 4M conditions.
Ensure First TIme right and Every thing right Process outcomes / Sign Offs the Quality agreements along with PSW (Part submisison Warrants.Carry out Process and Product audit through Control plan/SOP/Process sheet in manufacturing process.
Lead DWM of Machine shop by Daily rejection analysis of inhouse rejection ,Assy throwback and customer return and other issues.Maintain process capability of Critical Parameters ,X bar and R Chart...
