Your Responsibilities:
In cooperation with the Head of Line Maintenance, leading and supervising line maintenance activities, including maintenance planning and production control
Organizing and managing line maintenance activities of contracted aircraft while ensuring optimal use of available tools and workforce
Supervising the work of subordinate managers (shift leaders, line coordinators, and coordinating the work of the training coordinator)
Ensuring the availability of the workforce and equipment required to perform line maintenance activities
Monitoring performance and efficiency metrics of the managed area
Analyzing company performance data using the corporate management system database
Participating in company projects related to the line maintenance area
Participating in the preparation of the company’s financial plan
Handling customer complaints
