The Deployment & Change Execution Specialist will lead the design, planning, delivery, testing, communications and coordination of training to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and employee readiness for all transformation initiatives—from process improvements and system upgrades to regulatory adaptations and organizational redesigns across Accounting Services (AS), Cost Allocation Services (CAS) and Financial Application Services (FAS). This role combines strategic planning, stakeholder management, and hands‑on execution to align with strategic initiatives within the organization.
