Inspire and lead as the Department Sales Leader for Footwear. You’ll coach teams, develop effective sales strategies, and enhance the shopping experience.
With at least 2 years in retail, preferably in a leadership role, you’ll foster a culture that values customer service and team development. Your responsibilities will include setting expectations, providing ongoing coaching, and managing daily operations to promote sales growth.
