Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or college degree and management experience.
• Existing department manager looking to expand.

Responsibilities

• Perform various management activities within the department.
• Define objectives and clearly communicate expectations to the team while providing feedback for continuous improvement and coaching them to achieve results.
