• Lead the department, act as a coach, mentor, and resource while fostering a positive team environment focused on Always Customer First service.
• Ensure department executes and achieves operational excellence through customer experience, health and safety, food safety, and merchandising.
• Engage and retain team members through training, rewards/recognition, and succession planning.
