Upper secondary school diploma, preferably from a culinary or pastry school.
At least 2 years of experience in the pastry sector in restaurants, 5-star hotels, pastry laboratories or cruise ships.
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP/USPH).
Good command of the English language (minimum B1 level)
