Deli Manager – Co. Cork

Excel Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Deli Manager on behalf of our client’s busy convenience store in Co. Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced fresh food professional to take ownership of a high-volume deli operation, leading standards, driving sales, and developing a strong, motivated team in a fast-paced retail environment.


Salary: €37k – €40k


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operation of the deli department, ensuring smooth service and consistent food quality

  • Lead, train, and motivate the deli team to deliver excellent customer service and fresh food standards

  • Drive deli sales, margins, and profitability while maintaining strong control of waste and shrink
