Key Requirements
Years of experience in defect management or quality assurance
Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle including identification, documentation, analysis, prioritization, tracking, and closure
Oversee defect logging and tracking using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
Lead defect triage meetings to prioritize issues based on severity and business impact
Perform or lead root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring issues and improve processes
