ROLE OVERVIEW

The Dean of Post‑Secondary Education (PSE) Partner Programs provides strategic, academic, and administrative leadership for all post‑secondary partner programs within the organization. This role ensures high‑quality teaching and learning, supports faculty excellence, advances student success, and strengthens partnerships with industry, government, and community stakeholders. The Dean plays a central role in academic planning, budgeting, and policy implementation.

This position is expected to support the organizational philosophies and ensure they are reflected in all programs, services, and practices.
