In this specialist role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely payroll and benefits processing while adhering to Japanese labor laws. You will review and validate payroll advice, manage client queries, and assist with tax reporting. Additionally, you will maintain proper documentation to support compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate payroll processing for Japan clients
• Review payroll reports and verify client checklists
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries within the SLA
• Process statutory claims in compliance with regulations
• Update Standard Operating Procedures documentation
Requirements:
• 2–3 years in payroll outsourcing, preferably for Japan
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Japanese
