Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in IT
• Develop strategies for client acquisition and retention
• Prepare compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Maintain up-to-date reports on sales and prospecting
• Lead negotiations to secure beneficial contracts
