Data Architect OpenLoop is looking for a Data Architect to join our Engineering - Platform team in Lima, Peru. This role owns the Snowflake platform that every team uses to make trusted, compliant, data‑driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Snowflake Platform Ownership: build and own production Snowflake environment end‑to‑end, including multi‑environment setups, ingestion pipelines from AWS S3, scheduling, RBAC frameworks, and data masking policies; optimize query performance and manage warehouse costs.
- Data Governance & Compliance: design data governance architectures to satisfy HIPAA and security review requirements, implementing dynamic data masking, row‑level security, and role‑based access control.
- Semantic & Dynamic View Layer: establish a robust semantic and dynamic view layer enabling governed, self‑serve data access across engineering, BI, analytics, and data science teams.
