A-Gas seeks a Human Resources Business Partner in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, to provide strategic HR support and enhance employee engagement. This role requires strong expertise in employee relations, compliance, and operational execution.
Serving as the main HR contact for Canadian operations, you'll report to the VP of People & Culture. Key duties include managing employee relations, compliance with local laws, and implementing effective HR practices. You will also collaborate with remote HR teams to support overall organizational goals and employee satisfaction.
