Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support to Danish-speaking FinTech clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about financial products, transactions, account management, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and contribute to service improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with FinTech industry trends, product updates, and regulatory requirements.
