In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Danish-speaking customers, helping them with product inquiries, technical assistance, and after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Danish-speaking customers' questions and concerns about electronic products via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting guidance, and product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Log and maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Coordinate with product and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Keep up-to-date with product updates, new technologies, and company policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer support processes.
