Our consulting client is looking for a CX Strategist to join their team. This will be starting in September, for 6+ months, fulltime hours per week.
The rate range is $90-110 per hour, CAD.
What you will do:
- Act as the strategic leader for the 360 degree CX roadmap
- Lead workshops, customer interviews, personal development and journey mapping across the lines of business, for the product.
- Author the opportunity map, measurement framework and operating model.
- Bridge the brand voice across all departments and lines of business
Skills needed:
- 10+ years of experience in CX and human centered design
