Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to account management, billing, content, technical problems.Respond to customer questions via various channels, such as phone, email, chat, and social media.Troubleshoot technical problems customers may face.Help with password resets, updating payment information, and resolving issues.Requirements:
Fluency in French language (at least C1).Communicative level of English language (B2).Ability to work from the office in Athens or remotely anywhere in Greece (depending on the project).Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.What we offer:
