We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Agent role in a Financial Services company. It is a direct access FX brokerage company that sells powerful yet user-friendly direct access trading technology to institutional investors, professional wealth managers, and internet investors. It is seeking to hire a Customer Support Agent with some fundamental knowledge of FX to deliver excellent customer support.
Job Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and Mandarin, spoken and written.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and spoken.
- Committed to offering customers a memorable experience.
- Basic understanding of the MT4 and cTrader platforms in the forex market.
- Preferable is prior customer support experience in sales, help desks, and/or office settings.
- Salesforce knowledge is a bonus.
- Preferable: 1 year of FX/trading experience.
