What You Will Do
Handle customer inquiries and incidents across SIX products and data services, ensuring timely, high‑quality resolution through end‑to‑end request handling via ticketing tools, email, calls and meetings.Manage and maintain operational relationships with key customers.Conduct root cause analysis, identify recurring issues and contribute to their sustainable resolution.Support business growth by engaging with new customers, products, services and SIX initiatives What You Bring
