Customer Service Specialist - Occupational Health - Abingdon

Peopleforce Recruitment are hiring for a Customer Service Specialist in Abingdon for one of our leading healthcare partners. This role is part of the Occupational Health Customer Service team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them book services, answer questions, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Your work directly impacts customer experience and helps ensure services are delivered efficiently and on time.

What you will do

• Answer customer queries by phone and email
• Provide clear, helpful, and professional support
• Solve issues quickly and accurately
• Manage and process Occupational Health bookings
• Open and manage clinic schedules
• Make sure appointments are correctly set up
