Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Team Lead to lead our Customer Success Associate team in a pooled, high-volume motion. This is a pure leadership role with no personal customer portfolio: you own your team's output, meaning customer retention, satisfaction, and measurable value deliver.

You know what good customer success looks like, and you know how to make it work at scale.
