Join Spellbook as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on driving product adoption and customer retention in a high-volume portfolio. This role enhances customer engagement through organized and proactive outreach efforts.
In your role, you will oversee a substantial number of accounts, ensuring optimal onboarding and continual engagement. You will assess usage metrics and initiate customer re-engagement based on insights derived from the data. The emphasis will be on delivering value creatively to ensure customers maximize their use of Spellbook while receiving exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage 150+ customer accounts effectively
• Conduct 1:1 training sessions for onboarding
• Monitor and respond to product use signals
• Proactively address accounts at risk of churn
