Overview

Position Objective- Plan, Manage and Control the operation of all pilots in Mexico, as well as the development of projects, strategic and operational objectives, with a focus on Internal/External customer satisfaction. Strengthen and promote the development of strategies to growth the business in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Establish work plans for the areas under your responsibility according to the company's objectives.
  • Review, analyze and improve the performance metrics of the areas in charge.
  • Attention and follow-up to cases that require personalized attention.
