- Manage and nurture Fleet’s customer portfolio in the French market.
- Support customers in mastering Fleet’s solution by highlighting features tailored to their needs and responding promptly to requests.
- Collaborate with customers to implement account plans anticipating their future requirements.
- Internally monitor, optimize, and improve customer KPIs to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Lead cross‑functional projects involving Operations, Sales, Product, and Finance teams.
- Assist in implementing tools and automation to accelerate and streamline operational tasks.
