Manage TMS master data to ensure accuracy and compliance

Book and optimize transport to improve service levels and reduce costs

Coordinate with warehouses, customer service, transporters, and customers

Monitor transporter performance and follow up on KPIs

Validate monthly order rates and resolve discrepancies
