We are conducting a customer service campaign for a premium sportswear and yoga accessories brand. The focus is on resolving issues related to customer orders through chat, phone calls, and emails.
Basic Salary 2,848,000 + 100,000 health allowance + 15% performance bonus + all legal benefits.
Training Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. based on seasonal needs; one or two weeks plus one week of transitional nesting.
Work 44 hours per week with a fixed schedule between 7:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., including two days off per week.
