Responsibilities
Supervise, coordinate and assign the activities of customer service staff in financial services
Ensure accuracy of transactions and compliance with company policies and procedures
Resolve customer complaints and handle complex account inquiries
Establish work schedules and procedures
Train staff in job duties, customer service standards and company policies
Promote financial products and services to meet customer needs
Qualifications
Completion of Secondary School, Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration/Management
Must have at least three years of most recent, verifiable work experience
AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)
Relevant experience: 3 years (required)
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $31.00 per hour
